Delivery
- How fast is delivery in Singapore?
- We aim to dispatch orders within the next business day, and delivery is guaranteed within 3 business days. Cross-border fulfilment means we can't promise same-day.
- How much does delivery cost?
- Free on orders over S$150. Orders under that are S$19.90 flat.
- Do you offer express delivery?
- Not currently — cross-border logistics timing isn't predictable enough for us to promise an expedited option yet.
Returns
- What is your returns policy?
- As these are medications and health products, returns are not accepted except where goods arrive spoiled or past their expiry date.

- Are your products authentic?
- Yes. Everything is sourced through authorised Singapore distributors, and we can trace every batch we ship.

- Can I change or cancel a refill?
- Any time, from your account. A refill is a reminder and a saved basket — you stay in control of every order.
